Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Check-in after 8:00 PM has a supplement of €25. Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host in advance of your arrival. Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodations. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
