Location. For me it was quite place.

I should pay for late check in, or after 23:00 I couldn’t check in at all, I was shocked. The place was cold and they switched on heating at the moment of my arrival, I needed 3 days to heat the flat, it was very cold. I asked remote from AC to warm the main room, but they ignored me. The bathroom drain was clogged, and I asked several times for it to be cleaned, but nobody fixed it until I bought a special drain cleaner and did it myself. There is a lot of black mold, and overall the apartment feels quite dirty to me. The apartment is described as “vintage,” but in reality it’s just an old renovation with poor lighting and a lack of modern, convenient power outlets. And they don’t talk in English at all.
