La casa si trova a piano terra in una via centrale ma molto tranquilla, la cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per mangiare a casa, c’è il condizionatore per estate e inverno. Al vostro arrivo trovate dei sacchettini con tutto il necessario per il bagno e anche per lavare i piatti, oltre a condimenti e capsule del caffè per la Nespresso.

Se proprio devo trovare un aspetto negativo è che la casa è effettivamente disponibile solo dalle 15 in poi, fino alle 15 in punto non vi verrà fornito il codice di accesso. Ciononostante vicino alla struttura sono presenti dei locker se necessario.

De perfecte begeleiding. Er werd meegedacht mbt restaurants, activiteiten taxi. En als je een vraag stelde, kreeg je snel antwoord. Appartement ligt dichtbij het centrum waardoor je vest te voet kunt doen.

Dat het gordijn naar de patio niet open kon. En een handdoek/theedoek of afdruiprek is wel handig.

The location was great. The house was old but we loved the house it was 4 storey entire building, 1 BR in GF and a bathroom, 2 BF in 1st floor and a bathroom, Kitchen, living and dining on 2nd floor and terrace one 3rd floor. The building was very nostalgic and liked the kitchen accessories. The building had a vibe and we loved it. It was very close to all the restaurants. Its walkable distance from the Plaza de Armas. There is a luggage storage option next to the house which served us well on the last day. There was an inbuilt elevator and it helped us a lot.

The house was pretty old, the doors could not be closed or locked. One of the bedrooms did not have the black out shades and the blinds were not working. The 1st floor bathroom stinked of sewage so we could hardly use it. The AC could not be used as it wasn't cleaned and it was stinky too. When it rained the water was all over the kitchen counter as the kitchen window sealant was not good. All floors had water coming through the walls so we had other mop quite a bit. We took the first flight and we strictly got to check only at 3 and we had to wait and sit and get wasted from noon to 3 in a nearby restaurant. At least an hour early check in could have saves us the day it was very difficult as we were with kids.

Very clean & tidy. All amenities were there. Internet was super fast. Smart TV, air conditioning, 2 bathroom, 2 separate rooms and a living room, a great kitchen, full size fridge, all at perfect condition.

Nothing. All good.
