Richard was really helpful from the start providing information that I needed, let me check in as soon as I got to the property, apartment was modern and clean and was in a perfect location in the old town with everything around that we needed, would definitely recommend to anybody who wants to stay in the old town!

"Excellent apartment in old town that has everything you could possibly wish for"

The apartment is very well equipped, lovely decor and furnishings, the beds are super comfy and the sit out balcony looking down over the old town streets is perfect for that morning cuppa. Key collection was super easy and Richard was always at hand on whatsapp if needed. The apartment feels just like home and you honestly couldn't ask for a better location than this in old town.

Great spacious 3 bedroom appartment. Well maintained and spotlessly clean with everything you can possibly need for your stay, it shows the owner Richard takes pride in it and wants his guests as happy as possible. He also let us check in early and is very helpful in any way. You do have to go up 3 flights of stairs to it but they are well lit with handrails and it's definitely worth it when you get there. It is situated in the old town just near tapas alley so perfect location but still very quite, we weren't disturbed by outside noise even once. It is about a 15 minute walk from the strip/ new town..If I ever go back to benidorm this will be the first place I try to book.

There isn't anything not to like😁😁
