ESTUDIO RECIEN REFORMADO EN HOTEL 1 LINEA PLAYa

The reception was not very friendly to us as we were a private rental. They did not offer us wristbands or tell us any info regarding the pool or access to boardwalk. We had to return and ask this information. The wardrobe inside was grubby and it was a long time since it was cleaned out. The top shelf was covered in dust and could not be used, likewise with the floor of the wardrobe. There was a bucket of paint on the shelf. There was only one key for the room so if one person left while the other was sleeping the door had to be locked and inside person could not exit. There was no key for the safe, we asked at reception and they said the owner would need to be contacted. The woodwork particularly the wardrobe doors were sticky and need a clean if not a painting. The room needs maintenance and is grubby. while great to have AC, The air conditioning unit on the balcony was rusty and leaking from the hose onto the ground which we had to mop up regularly. The bathroom was nicely done and refurbished recently enough but the mixer tap in the shower was not working.

Open planned and spotless. Bathroom is very nice. Great location and nice sea view.

Sobre todo la localización, en primera línea de playa, y con todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes cerca. El apartamento muy luminoso, limpio y cómodo . El anfitrión muy bien, dejó todo preparado para no tener que preocuparnos de nada al llegar. Volveremos!

Por decir algo el ruido en los pasillos por las noches y a primeras horas de la mañana.

Mal equipado, hormigas en la zona de cocina, armarios empotrados muy viejos, puerta de baño no cierra, no hay toalla para salir de la ducha, falta lavadora, excesivo precio para lo que ofrece

Snelle en fijne communicatie. Zeer nette studio, recentelijk gerenoveerd. Uitzicht op zwembad en haven. Alles aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader!

Alles prima in orde! Als ik dan toch iets moet benoemen, dan de felle TL-buis verlichting. Een paar ‘sfeerlampjes’ bij het bed of tv zouden erg fijn zijn.

We self catered so didn’t have food in the hotel. Location was perfect, right beside the sea and gorgeous views from the apartment.

There was no towel change so we had to use the same towels during our stay. Also the sliding bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. We had to put a towel on the floor against it to keep it from sliding back open.
