Lo mejor la atención de la inmobiliaria que gestiona el apartamento. La calefacción eficiente. Fácil su localización.

El microondas no calienta. La luz sobre el fregadero no funciona. Las plazas de aparcamiento son exteriores, no numeradas, y con los montones de nieve no había sitio. Pero se puede aparcar en la calle sin problema. Muy lejos de Pradollano, con Forfait puedes usar la silla que sube y baja desd el núcleo hasta unos 500m del apartamento

De locatie in de bergen van Sierra Nevada: vanaf de deur direct de bergen in, de rust en stilte. Reactie snelheid van personeel bij aankomst en snelheid om gebreken te verhelpen (koelkastdeur viel er uit bij openen en tv kabel was gebroken). Ondanks slechte staat was het wel schoon.

De staat van het appartement (oud en versleten: van kastdeuren die stuk waren, bladerend doucheplafond, tot gaten in hoeslaken en zitting bankjes zithoek). Simpel nieuwe beddengoed, handdoeken en nieuwe zitkussen met lik verf hier en daar zou eea enorm doen opknappen. Rooklucht binnen (waar volgens omschrijving niet gerookt mag worden). Geen balkon.
