Maxorata Town Fuerteventura

Excellent location in the centre of Morro Jable, within a few minutes walk to the beach and to lots of lovely restaurants, yet in a quiet street. Brilliant for popping back to get changed or drop your beach stuff off. Good communication from Alfinkas who owns the apartment. There was a big bottle of water on arrival, washing up liquid, a sponge and tea towel. A Eurospar is a few minutes walk away and minimarts dotted about even nearer. There's use of a shared washing machine 10am-8pm in a separate area. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard. I slept brilliantly here. You can sometimes hear footsteps from the apartment above which is always going to happen if no rugs or carpets but it was always silent 10pm-7am if not longer. I expect they get more annoyed by holidaymakers making noise! I had no problems and slept soundly all night every night (and I'm easily woken by noise). I tended to be out all day, back to change and have a cuppa,, then out for dinner but there's a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and hob. Street parking is busy right outside but there's 2 large free car parks within a stone's throw. Morro jable beach is wonderful and goes on for miles, and it's so close! I thought it was great value considering the location and the cost of hotels. I would stay here again.

Please put the hairdryer in the rubbish bin and get a new one! It's terrible! Doesn't dry your hair at all and is all sticky! Luckily it was warm enough to mostly air dry my hair! A full length mirror would be great but not a problem.

The apartment was not clean, yellow stained towels, dirty shower, hairdryer sticky from dirt. We couldn’t sleep because of noise coming from the neighbours, one neighbour is snoring every day all night, some ladies behind the wall had parties. All the smell from neighbour cooking is coming into the apartment and you can’t open the window to get rid of it. The internet does not work in the bedroom!! Only on the sofa in the living room, and it is very slow.

Location was great and parking which was a bonus as the location was really busy with traffic

I think its overpriced for what I got. But it was a last minute booking without a lot of choices. I was expecting more for the price I paid (i.e. no shower gel in the apartment)
