Nice view and not too far from center and parking

No extra blankets sofa bed was broken so was the shelf in the fridge that caused me to break a bottle of wine

We booked well in advance and were bumped by a large family booking that rented out the whole hotel property. So we can’t say anything about the actual property.

We said that we would be arriving late (about 9:30 pm). We arrived at the property which had no reception area or owner present. We met a large family that asked us why we were there. We said that we made a reservation for 3 nights made over 6 months ago. They said that they had rented out the whole complex. The property didn’t contact us about this cancelation. After a number of phone calls the owners took us to another property. The replacement accommodation smelt of black mould and the day we wanted to use the pool there was an idiot pressure washing everything all day and dumping pool cleaner chemicals from a big blue can when we wanted to swim. TV did nothing, no cleaning or drying clothes. They said we had to purchase our own coffee pods for some obscure coffee machine which didn’t make sense. Later during our stay an email arrived from the owners saying that the WC was broken that’s why we couldn’t stay in the original property so they’re just lying to cover that they double booked. We were not happy regarding our experience, BE WARNED!!

The place is very nice and spacious, with a nice view on Cordoba and the mountains. The procedure to get in to the apartment was very clear and simple.

The place was not clean. Neighbors are smoking and the whole place smells bad. There was no soap and shampoo. You can not park inside the property. The smart TV was not connected to the internet, no action from the owner. The kitchen needs some maintenance.

The apartment was very modern, quite well equipped and a perfect size for two. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture adequate. The place was very clean, including the furniture and floors. The sofa was comfy and the TV had all the Spanish channels but no international channels whatsoever.

Firstly, the bathroom. The lighting was inadequate for putting on make-up. The toilet was so close to the wall opposite (15 cm away at its closest), it was impossible for me, being 1.85 tall, to sit facing the correct way, so I had to endure the indignity of going to the toilet 'sideways!'. The heating system was noisy at times, waking me up in the night and annoying during the day. It was also very inefficient. I had it on full but the temperature never got above around 20C which is comfortable but not warm. The table on the terrace had a very loose leg which was dangerous in my view.

Good out of the city location in a nice, quiet residential area. A simple 10 minute walk to the Huerta Los Arcos bus stop which is 12 stops into the city centre. The Studio room (no.2) was nicely decorated, a decent size and had a very comfy bed. The view is superb and the area feels safe and secure. We were alone in the small complex, so there was no noise issues for us, though you can hear outside noise. All in all a great place outside the bustle of the city.

The location was perfect for me. I like to be quiet, but I also like to walk, so being a few kms out of town was perfect to tick both of those boxes. Having parking available. The view from the balcony is amazing.

My booking said it was an apartment with a separate bedroom, but it actually was a studio only. One of the towels was badly stained with? Makeup. Towels were too small to be considered as bath towels.
