A little bit far from the city center but I knew that from the Bookong description

One of the rooms did not have heat, only an A/C (cold air). The main heater in the main room was not sufficient to reach this third room. Some cold nights there.

The apartment had EVERYTHING. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well-stocked with everything I could possibly need. The wifi was excellent. The apartment was safe and quiet, located in an excellent residential neighborhood, a ten minute walk from Santa Justa train station, a couple blocks from restaurants and stores, 10 minutes to walk to a laundromat and 6 minutes to walk to a large grocery store (called Mas). I loved how the place was decorated with pictures on the walls, many plants, and motifs of the Royal Palace. Truly, I lacked nothing. There was even a clothes line and clothespins, two excellent air conditioners, games and books. The third bedroom was set up with a small desk for working but also had a daybed. There was a wardrobe and plenty of space and hangers to hang clothing and store things. Every room had lots of wall sockets and extension cords, plus even there was one in the bedroom with the twin beds plug in a 110 volt plug into the European 240 volt receptor. The owner met me at the apartment when I arrived to hand over the keys and show me around. Whenever I had a question, Isabel always answered immediately.

It was hard to find the button to open the door to the outside of the building. (It is located on the wall immediately opposite the bottom of the stairs, and it looks like a doorbell.)
