L'ubicació és molt bona. El pis és ample. Les instruccions i comunicació molt bona. Té els estris necessaris per cuinar. Té sabo i tovalloles. Et deixen les claus per agafarles amb el teu compte.

El pis s'ha de ventilar molt sovint perquè té molta humitat. Sembla que els llençols també feien olor d'humitat, no semblaven nets. No té aire condicionat.

Nice location, near the sea and lots of restaurants

Everything was fine, can’t say anything bad about the property.

Loved the location and layout of the apartment.

The apartment was dirty when we came into the apartment. There was sand and dirt all over the floor and a lot of dirt in the bedsheets.

This is a specious apartment with all necessary furnishings. It is well situated near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and public transportation. It could benefit from some decor refreshment.

El piso bastante cómodo, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario, muy cerca de la playa, el check in bastante sencillo y muy amables, cuando volvamos a Valencia con seguridad que repetimos

Spacious apartment, ability to do laundry.

The laundry machine, tub, and most of the items in the kitchen were very unclean upon arrival. Had to clean up hair from previous tenant. The kitchen was laughably unequipped, almost none of the basics that are needed to actually cook something were present. What was there to use should have been tossed (see pictures of pan and spatula with chunks of plastic flaking off) The walls of this historic building were unfortunately very thin, and street noise or noise from other tenants was extremely loud even with all windows closed. Even as someone who lives in the city I found it very uncomfortable. BODILY FLUIDS on the walls and pillows in the bedroom when we arrived. (See pictures! NSFW) Ended up getting a full refund and finding a different location as soon as we could. Once of the worst experiences at any place I've ever stayed at. I HAVE NO IDEA how this place has so many high reviews, I'm sure many of them aren't real.
