Paraiso 12 - 1bedroom

Ubicación magnífica, a pocos metros de la costa. El apartamento está muy bien, está bien equipado, tiene una buena terraza con vistas laterales al mar, la limpieza es excelente,... Quiero hacer especial mención a las chicas que limpian el edificio, tienen todo impecable y son un encanto.

No pudimos utilizar la piscina porque está cerrada por unos meses. Con respecto a la normativa inquebrantable de la comunidad y al personal de seguridad, un poquito más de "Hakuna Matata", por favor.

The property was very spacious and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The owner of the property was quick to answer any questions and very helpful. It was also close to everything we needed. Was a great stay and brilliant value for money we absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend and would defo book again. Thankyou so much :-)

Great location. Everything you need for your stay. Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice view from the balcony

A bit difficult to find a parking spot, but not impossible

the apartment is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very clean inside, every good host. This place is awesome.

Comfortable flat on 12th floor with balcony. Great view. One bedroom and comfortable sofa in the living room. Swimming pool! Great starting point to Los Gigantes, Masca, Teide and the rest of the west coast of the island. Very nice stay overall.

Cleanless was not perfect. Floor was dirty and we found some trash after previous guests. If you have a car it is terrible to find a parking lot. There is one, large, wild, sandy parking behind Hard Rock Hotel which saves the situation.

The accommodation was perfect, spacious with a nice view. It has everything you need. It was clean and the loading and unloading went smoothly. It is centrally located so everything is easily accessible, I would heartily recommend it to anyone visiting.🥰

I liked the size of the balcony space (not for sun worshippers, mostly in the shade). I liked the apartment layout. I liked the fact that there were 4 lifts and I never had to wait too long. I liked the pool area and community spaces.

I managed to pay for a parking space through the security guard. If I hadn't, street parking was horrendous; best I managed was a 10 minute walk away, worst was a mile away.

The location was perfect, shops and restaurants directly in front of the building.

Sometimes we had a small problem with hot water. It was only cold water after 2 people took a bath.
