Location outstanding, the space, ceiling fans, storage in the apartment, beds were very comfortable, nice size balcony even though looking onto parque Santiago 2 had a lovely walk way in between PS 1 & PS 2 leading to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops. to beach and never loud. The pool was very relaxing. Martin & Mila that we rented apartment from were a pleasure to deal with from TRS. Staff in the pool bar were so friendly. Access to a mini supermarket & a bigger cheaper one. Location perfect by the beach and close to EVERYTHING. Restaurants,. clothes shops, venues with live music or sport. Taxis (but just needed them for. The airport and getting to Siam Park early, pharmacy. The washing machine is. a nice touch. So handy doing a small wash daily before putting clothes out to dry & heading out for dinner.. A lovely present to me not having to do laundry now I'm home. Netflix etc on smart TV. Even though we only used it a few times it was lovely to have the choice to watch it.

The daily fee of sun loungers & umbrellas...... it turned us off wanting to go by the pool for just a few hours. If we were able to get a lounger for free we would have stayed by the pool more and be more inclined to eat more snacks and buy drinks in the pool bar. Some relaxing background music would give a lovely ambience too.. Pictures online of 222 need to be changed. Room dated and needs a little boost

Parque Santiago 1 was exceptionally clean and well looked after, although it should be with every one being charged at least €2.50 per sunbed plus €1 extra for a mattress (optional). The location is perfect, and the pool bar is great with great service.

THIS ROOM AND THE SERVICE LETS THE PLACE DOWN. The furniture on the balcony was disgraceful. There was mould in the en-suite bathroom. The room smelled fusty and old. There was hardly any sun on the balcony at all, so it was difficult to dry damp towels, etc. We only had 1 change of towels and bedding after 7days (but only because I asked why we'd not had any by the end of the 7th day) These were brought to us and dumped in the lounge area, some still in original packaging they'd been bought in. The housekeepers hadn't even changed the bedding or taken out any old wet smelly towels. We only had 2 tea towels, by which, after 7 days of drying pots, stunk wicked and fusty. I know this was a self-catering apartment, and I expect to have to clean up after myself. I have stayed in many places, self-catering accommodation, but never have I had the linen dumped in the room and not taken out the old mucky linen. We stayed 9 nights and this could have been managed far better with this being cleaned and changed half way through our stay!

The beach is very close to the appartement ! 200 meteres morelesss

The appartement was on the north side, it was cold inside cause the weather was not good, we had to sleep with 2 sweatshirts. It was not very clean to be honest...just look at the right of the fridge....amazing....deads cucarachas...dirt. The microwave is out of age...

Location of property. Pool area, and especially Pool bar and staff who were very friendly and accommodating.

Did not like attitude of Martin the representative for the property. He was very cold, unfriendly and no customer service attention.

the room is without the sun, so you can feel the humidity, there were fungus on the curtains. Daughter got allergies and could not sleep in a rare bedroom. The room was cold.

Very unhelpful and rude South African man on the phone when asking for assistance checking in at 19:00. Told him I had my 6 month old baby with me and I was struggling to find my apartment. He said I should learn to read and have some respect because it was after 17:00. Then hung up. Unbelievable! Also, €15 euros a day to sit by the pool wasn’t in the description.
