The apartment looks good

The area is not safety at all because I found my car damaged and even if the property had a video cam they did not helped me at all . It was my first time when I had such a horrible experience

Good location close to the beach. It has local shop nearby and small restaurants. But far from the Centre. Apartment had everything you need for the short stay.

Very used furniture , uncomfortable sofa in living room , hardly used towels and luck of general cleaning.

Absolutley wonderful chic appartment , well maintained , clean , safe and modern . Everything in kitchen was spic and span

I found everthing wonderful I look forward to returning to these appartments :)

Well maintained inside and the surrounding. Kitchen well-equipped. Still don't understand why the rating is so low, yet it is really outstanding space. We couldn't fault much. For those who says the aircond is not working or its not cold enough. Perhaps they left the balcony door open while the aircond is open full blast, that will definitely break it. So be sure to close the balcony door if the aircond is on, to enjoy the temp! either fresh air on its own or the aircond, period..... Ok there were no corkscrew to open wine, we just went to the supermarket & bought it. Left it there so other guests can use it. 🙂 Location 5 mins away from the beach and around 10 min away from the big supermarket (to the right as you walk out of the property) or 5 mins away to mini supermarket to the left. About 18-25 mins with the taxi to the city centre or the Aquarium. Though restaurant wise, it was closed early around 9pm but maybe because of the Valencian public holiday? We knew about restaurant or cafe closing around 4pm and reopens at 8pm for rest, like the rest of Spain. Lots or storage, so be sure to check. 1. in the bathroom, there are extra toilet paper and also hair dryer in the cupboard. Towels, Shampoo & Shower gels were provided in a sachet which is a plus! 2. Room Closet - Blankets for all plus extra towel and pillow for the 5th bed. 3. The laundry outside, there is a cupboard for a broom to sweep the floor.

1. The check in system. Be prepared if you arrive late, we arrived around midnight and our friend around 10:30pm and he sorted it out. It is really confusing. Firstly you would have to get a key from the office about 5 mins away from the property. So be sure to check your b.com message from the host and if you arrive late, do check with them so you can get the info if you don't have wifi. First it is not well signed and secondly it was dark. Our friend had to ask the night man who was on duty where the key safe was and finally he found it. Then went back to the property, there are three different gates and he tried two and it was failed and the third worked! Perhaps a better map to show how to get to the office for the key & to the property will certainly help the confusion. 2. Did not expect a bunk bed in the second room but not an issue but might be for some others. Would have been nice to change the bed description to one bunk bed and one extra single bed. 3. Nothing else to point out! The rest were perfect! We enjoyed our cosy stay in the apartment.
