Ático céntrico con Balcones y vistas a la Giralda

Non si può chiedere di meglio: CENTRALISSIMO. Sei praticamente circondato dai monumenti principali e da una serie esponenziale di locali per mangiare, negozi di souvenir, supermercati, insomma, il centro del mondo! Nonostante questo, appartamento silenziosissimo, pulito, profumato, un bijoux! Dotato di ogni comfort, cucina, pentole, phon, tutto. La proprietaria gentilissima, ti spiega tutto dettagliatamente, ti manda foto e video per spiegarti il facilissimo auto check in da fare. Insomma, non si può chiedere di meglio, a quel prezzo poi. Non fatevelo scappare!

very friendly staff met us on arrival and showed us around the unit & the rooftop. recently renovated, had fans, aircon, and lots of windows for airflow.

lots of stairs to climb up, but otherwise fantastic stay, would highly recommend!

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Es hat einen Supermarkt, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte gleich um die Ecke. Bruna, die uns willkommen geheissen und verabschiedet hat, ist sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat keinen Lift. Mit schwerem Gepäck kann das ein wenig mühsam sein. Leider fanden Bauarbeiten statt, die auch am Wochenende frühmorgens starteten. Nachdem wir dies mitgeteilt hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass eine Meldung an die zuständigen Personen erfolgt. Teils kann man in der Wohnung auch sonst Geräsche von draussen hören, das ist aber normal bei so einer Lage. Wäre die Wohnung nicht in einer Seitenstrasse, wäre es sicher noch extremer.
