Rico Apartaments Parador

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with everything required for a brilliant stay! The bathroom and kitchen are well stocked with essentials….there was even ice creams and bread for toasting in the freezer! The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring the beaches and just a 5 min, very pretty, stroll to the Balcon! I have already recommended this apartment to all my friend and family and will certainly try to rebook the next time I am holidaying in Nerja

Perfect for 2 people. Everything you need: kitchen, great shower, washing machine etc. Great location! Only 2 min walk from the closest beach, 5 mins walk over the hill to the main beach and 5 mins to old town. Couldn’t be better.

Wasn’t too much of a problem, but 2 keys would be better. Having 1 key between 2 at times was inconvenient

There was soap, cleaning and kitchen utensils available. Location was excellent. Also some little things like oil, salt, etc

There was dust on the floor. Would have been nice to receive it totally clean. Missing carpet in the bathroom. However, overall the apartment was fine

The mattress in our bedroom was uncomfortable it was sagging in the middle.

Location was excellent. Loved the access to nearby shops and beach 6 mins to the main beach. Short walk to the Balcon area.

Everything was really good and without finding fault the double bed was too small for us giving my partner is 6ft 5 . But it didn’t spoil our stay 😎

Close to the beach, and a very cute bar & supermarket next door.

The location is great. Close to the best little beach and five minutes to get to city centre. Descent beds. Ok kitchen.

We had major problems with the internet. Have stayed all over Spain and I’ve never had the same issues. iPad, iPad, and Samsung phone all had problems. Administration tried to help, but no change. The balcony is in shadow all day. That might be great in summer, but in winter it was not that good. Faucet in bathroom was sort of broken. Administration said they would check after we left. The interior decoration is ok, but for the price (and the pictures) we expected more. For example, it didn’t look nice that all the cleaning things were just standing around in the kitchen.

Lovely apartment, very roomy, lots of extras, even nail polish remover! good location, short walk to bars and 10 mins to the Balcon, definitely recommend

on the 2nd floor with no lift but that’s probably because I’m lazy 😉
