"A great place to stay in a great town"

Very bright, modern, clean, comfortable and extremely well situated for exploring different parts of San Sebastián. The facilities added up to a great package. The owners were very helpful and communications were full and clear. Private car parking (v necessary in San Sebastián) was also available about a 3 minute walk from the property

"Host is lovely and helpful and speaks good English. Good flat and recommended."

Location - turn right and and right again and ahead is the beach. Turn left and town centre shopping and old town.

Explain the cost of your private parking and that yours is c 250 yards from flat. Also, exactly how to get there, given all the no entry signs to streets.

Clean, cozy, well-equipped apartments near the central beach La concha, with windows to the quiet courtyard, excellent design, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, warm blankets. Very attentive and helpful host, ready to answer all our questions. Joseba was so kind that he decorated the Christmas tree and the room for our arrival.

We stayed in winter, the air outside was cool and humid, the floor was not heated with the help of an air conditioner. You will definitely need slippers in cold season. It would be nice to make hooks for outerwear at the entrance, to hang wet jackets in the bedrooms isn’t very comfortable
