Very spacious apartment, well equipped and close to the beach and town centre. We were able to park right outside on the street which was very helpful.

The sheets and towels had a nice smell

So many things. First, we used Booking.com, it asks for an arrival time between 3 pm and 6 pm. We selected 4 pm when making original booking. No response that this was not acceptable. I messaged through Booking that we were 40 minutes away and the time of our arrival, shortly after 4 pm. When we arrived, no one was there. We called the number several times and finally someone answered. They acted like we had no reservation, after much back and forth, they said they could not bring the keys to let us in until 6:30. All this after standing in the rain trying to communicate with them. When we finally got in, all the windows were wide open, I guess to air the place out, so it was very cold inside. We plugged in the wall heaters and when we turned them on the breaker tripped. This happened several times. The young man who let us in told us we could have either heat or lights, but not both! We wanted to prepare a meal in the kitchen which was also a challenge. The stove top was very old and each burner had to be lit separately with a torch. They kept going out. There were no directions for using this and took us quite some time and it felt very unsafe. Upon getting into the apartment, and dealing with the breaker issue, we told the young man that we were not going to be able to stay two nights in these conditions and requested a refund for the second night as we would leave in the morning. He said he would be able to do that. He asked us to leave the keys in the apartment. We did as he asked but could find no way to lock the apartment with the keys on the inside so had to leave it unlocked. It turns out his mother owns the place and she was not willing to refund the second night after all.

The accommodation space is independent, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a free washing machine available.
