Good value apartament, close to Gran Via and local markets. Clean, well equipped. Very nice, friendly and helpful landlord

The only thing to improve, is to delimitate the bathroom/toilet & kitchen, at least with louvers.

L appartamento è veramente un buco il bagno con sta finestrella aperta (non capisco il motivo) si potrebbe mettere almeno una tendina...il soppalco dove ci sono 2 letti non è ad altezza uomo quindi devi stare piegato lenzuola vecchie e usurate scala per salire al soppalco pericolosa divano letto sotto lasciamo stare..per prendere la chiave sulla descrizione c'era scritto che ci sarebbe stato qualcuno sul posto non vero la chiave era in una cassetta in una via vicina un casino anche lì ....

La ubicación

Fue decepcionante todo. La ducha encima del vater, nada de privacidad en el baño. Todo super pequeño sin espacio para 4 personas. El suelo estaba muy muy sucio. Las colchones estaban fatal, súper incómodos y además las sábanas sucias con manchas de sangre.

L’appartamento in sostanza e’ uno scantinato Letti assenti,se non dei materassi a terra Doccia praticamente inesistente! Di notte non si dorme,visto che i vicini ,non hanno la cognizione del termine “notte” (Sbattono porte/parlano come se fossero al mercato) Mai visti i proprietari ,le chiavi bisogna prendersele e riportarle in un altro appartamento.
