Very nice and good apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Only thing was that the terras window was broken so we couldnt use the terras during evening or with bad weather. And the table was situated there

The owner is great and easy to work with - met us at the property, He spent a lot of time showing us the facilities, and all details of the apartment. Everything was perfect - even though we were late and he had to wait for us. Good, high security building with friendly residents in a good neighborhood. One short block from the beach and promenade and city garbage and recycling bins right outside on way to beach but very clean and tidy. Wonderful view. Great clean, well lit secure underground parking. Photos are as promised except the balcony was really bigger than we expected. Its an outside living room. Stable Wi-Fi and fast. Plenty of clothes storage space. There are two beaches in Calpe - this is definitely the one to be on. We had a car for traveling around, but for anything local you can surely walk everywhere - from historic old town and its restaurants, or the famous Ilfach rock and the other beach. So many restaurants and bars. Best thing for us - it has the very best supermarket in this area of the coast around a one block walk - My Mercado. Has upscale food, cheese, meats, Spanish items, superb wine and liquor assortment, fresh fruits, etc. - huge new place. Comfortable bed in main bedroom - I am recovering from a back injury and it was fine. Bathrooms were just like the pictures. We were there 3 weeks and enjoyed it. We had a villa in Moraira - next real town up the coast for 12 years so we know the whole of the area and Spain - we will come back to this one.

Its kind of funny really - all the bars nearby recycle their wine and beer bottles not far from the balcony and when they empty their bins its really noisy with all the crashing glass. But I guess you could say that we contributed to the volume. It needs new frying pans - someone heated them all very hot and they are warped so they won't sit flat on the induction burners (I'll let the owner know). I'll let the owner know. I'm sure he will replace them.

Excellent emplacement, place de parking et piscine. L'accueil de Valentina était excellent. Une propreté sans reproche. Literie parfaite. Le gros plus : la terrasse parfaitement équipée et la vue.

Huge thanks to Valentina! She met us when we arrived and was able to arrange early check-in just like we asked. We also got parking for the car, which was super convenient. The whole stay went smoothly, and she replied to all our questions right away. We felt really well taken care of. Thank you!

Brak sprzętu = krzesełka, parasoli, czy maty na plażę. Trudno żeby to wszystko ze sobą wozić. Musieliśmy to kupić, Po 1 zaczętej rolce papieru toaletowego Brak ręczników w kuchni Brak worków na smieci( tylko ten 1 w kosz) Wyjeżdżamy często, ale pierwszy raz musiałam robić takie zakupy.
