Clean, comfortable apartment. Handy for cafes and restaurants. Lovely town. Parking was a bonus.

Everything went as expected, good communication with owner, easy check in/out in person. Apartment with everything we need, calm and quiet location.Parking car space was very convenient. Kids playground in front of building. Near by commerce.

Large and clean apartment, located on the main street. The carnival cavalcade stopped right in front of the building. Also had a parking garage.

Everything! The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, 10 min by walk from the center. It has an underground parking where you can leave you car safely. The bed is very comfortable, the area is quiet, you can have a good rest. Nearby you can find supermarkets, parks, cafes (be aware of the Spanish closing hours) The value for money is amazing. This is a modern, comfortable apartment that is very well equipped for self catering and independent travel. The apartment is in a secure wing at the back of a complex with a park across the road out front and private car parking underneath. Location is a relatively easy walk (about 10 minutes up a slight slope) to the old town, with several cafes and bars nearby. There are minimarkets in close walking distance, or larger supermercados within 5 minutes drive. The location is also good for accessing major roads (a couple of minutes of easy driving) for day trips around Arcos. The apartment is very comfortable with very good air conditioning (very quiet and effective), bedding, hot and strong shower, and lots of food staples provided. Manuel is a kind host who was very punctual about arrangements for check-in and check-out. The apartment was the best value for money we have experienced in our 5 week trip of Southern Spain (10 properties).

Although the apartment was relatively quiet there was some road noise at times. As English speakers, communication with our host was cumbersome at times, and there were no instructions for appliances in English. Parking was also tight for our Renault Clio.
