Good location, good communication with the manager, clear instructions for check in.

A lot of small things need to be checked up and fixed. The house looks tired and without control of it's condition. Some lamps need to be changed, battery in the clock, shower holder is broken, balcon closes dryer is not in order, terrace furniture broken, seat pillows are dirty and don't feet the size of the chairs. Some dishes are with scratches. A lot of small thing in summery give not so good impression. Cleaning of the house must be better. All terrace and balcon furniture were very dirty, it seems it their cleaning is not in cleaning plan. The house positioned itself as beach property. There is a swimming pool in the yard and beach nearby (not 100m, a little walk will be needed), but there are no even beach towels. My request for them was forwarded to the shop. Many of Canary properties offers them as minimum even because of specific sand on the islands. The house is not bad, but it needs serious check up to make it in proper condition.

Great location with partial sea view (many other apartments on the complex have an internal view being directly opposite other apartments so this one much better.) Accommodation is on two floors with sea view balcony off the bedroom and a small sunny terrace off the lounge. It has everything you need to self-cater, including a washing machine. Good location, close to all that Caleta has to offer. Parking available on the roads outside the complex. Wifi has been upgraded and is 270Mbps so no issues with fast streaming etc. Easy check in/out with keysafe just outside main gate. Good communication from owner/agent and fast response to any issues. High recommended 👌

We enjoyed our holiday very much, Castillo Mar is a great complex to stay at.

The apartment was good value and clean, but it is very tired and would benefit from some improvements like a new bathroom.

Amazing accommodation, such a central location and fantastic support by the host. Highly recommend a stay.

Lovely friendy little complex. Peaceful and close to all amenities. The owner is very responsive to communications. The duplex is fully equiped with everything you could need. We loved it and will book again in the future.

I was nervous of the spiral stairs but that is only because we are a little unsteady on our feet. They are fine for anyone else.

Castillo mar complex is beautiful. Shame about the apartment

I had to call the owners on day of arrival as no contact had been made with myself even after multiple messages. Gained access due to also booking another apartment on the complex and being given the keybox code eventually. Apartment looked like someone lived in it, was very old and scruffy. Every draws and even wardrobe was full of something. Had to move to use. Couldn't gain access to the safe due to all bedding covering it, beds were children's beds. Pull out sofa bed was dirty and old. Back door had to slammed to shut and had a hook and eye and little side lock, handrails up stairs not really substantial enough. Television didn't work properly kept repeating over and over again. No Internet. Curtains dirty. Mattresses stained. Extremely disappointed as stayed in other apartments on the complex and always been highly satisfied.

Great location , nice clean pool area. Apartment had everything you need , nice and comfortable beds . Would highly reccommend

The complex was excellent. Is near to shops and restaurants. Very near the beach.

I didnt like the fact it was advertised as having WiFi and English TV which wasn't available. The reason I booked this apartment was as a solo traveller I don't go out at night so my holiday was a nightmare at nights. I also had to stay in 2days as someone was meant to come and fix the issue and then didn't turn up. When he eventually turned up on day 4 of my holiday he fixed the WiFi but not the TV. I feel my holiday was totally ruined by all this.
