La ubicación céntrica, a pocos metros del Charco de San Ginés, y de la calle peatonal comercial de Arrecife.

Era difícil aparcar, y no está bien insonorizado, se oyen los ruidos de los otros apartamentos.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto le dimensioni dell’appartamento: spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di cucina, zona living con TV e letto matrimoniale. Ideale per sentirsi comodi anche durante soggiorni di più giorni.

L’aspetto meno positivo è stata la scarsa disponibilità di stoviglie e attrezzi da cucina. Anche preparare qualcosa di semplice, come una pizza surgelata, è risultato complicato per la mancanza di utensili adeguati.
