Apartamento Francesc Samsó, Girona

Excellent location and service, this apartment is more than expected, very good communication, it was possible to check out later and organise taxi to airport with the help of a very nice host. Also - there is everything You need - museums, restaurants, hiking pathes just around the corner.

Great central location in the old town

Key collection was from an office that I couldn't find initially - and was quite a distance from the apartment church bells rang all night

decor & wooden floors, location with pretty views of the cathedral, lift straight into the property very handy for the bikes

Just the cathedral bells rigging at silly times but that's not the properties fault

We bought in some food for breakfast - all the facilities were on site to cook and dishwasher for wash up.

The location was amazing! Right in the old town. The apartment is big for inner city living. Large living area, bathroom and kitchen.

We had four adults in the apartment. They left 2 toilet rolls, no tea or coffee, one hand towel, no dishwashing liquid. As travellers we are not able to carry these items from place to place. It would be nice to have a few extras in the apartment.

The apartment was in a great location! It was super clean and comfortable. It was really cozy!

The fan/cooler made noise so it was a bit inconvenient. Also would prefer to have mirrors in all bedrooms.

Loved the location, absolutely fabulous! Loved that the host held on to our cases the next day. Main host very responsive and really was an unbelievable location for old town.

Having to go across town with 4 kids to collect the keys was expected however no signs as to what button to press for entry to collect keys, had to leave the kids in the taxi while I waited to get the keys, then given 5 keys, but only needed 2 and no information as to which door in the apartment block across town was ours so it was a case of trying a few and wasn't the easiest. Apartment has no air con and really needs it. A cold bottle of water in the fridge would have been welcome given the stress of key collection. And the sachets of hand soap isn't great, a dispenser much better. Also didn't realise only one bathroom for 5 but that was probably my fault.

Excellent location between the cathedral and the basilica in the heart of the historic center

The apartment is furnished in a very minimalistic way, which creates a rather depressing atmosphere. The cleanliness is barely adequate in the rooms, but terrible in the bathroom which is full of mold (see photos).
