Corralejo Beach apartament

It was really clean, spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. It’s super close to the beach. I was worried about the noise from the bars but it wasn’t a problem for me at all - I was there over a weekend and they closed at midnight. Also the courtyard through to the apartment is absolutely beautiful and full of plants and flowers

Taking in consideration price, location, size, comfort, for two people it was excellent.

Spotlessly clean! Great location by the beach. Feels like a home, not just an apartment. Equipped with extras, and everything is in good condition. The best bed and bedding ive come across on my many travels.

No heater or fan or air con! Hard to communicate because they don't speak English. On arrival we couldn't find the place even though we were standing right outside it. Better instructions on where the entrance is would be good. (The entrance is next to the tall Waikiki Bar sign) The noise of revellers throughout the night will be a problem for some, but it didn't bother me.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, literally just a few steps from the beach. Inside, it was in excellent condition and the bathroom furnishings were new and studied in detailed. The problem of mold and bad smell caused by a broken pipe upstairs had been completely resolved, and the apartment was clean when I arrived. The key handover was easy and punctual; when I arrived, I called the number listed on Booking, and someone came to pick me up at the entrance gate.

The apartment was in easy reach of the beach, bar's, restaurant's and shop's.

The owner told us he would arrive with the key's for the apartment at 3pm, there was no sign with the name of the apartment's so we got there earlier with the instruction's they gave us, I messaged the owner to say we were outside and I had no response so felt like we had been scammed, I eventually found a phone number going on to booking. com's app and phoned the owner for him to say I'll set off now, by this time it was nearly 3.30 pm. We'd been travelling since 2.30am all we wanted was to check in how does it take 3 and half hour's to clean a tiny apartment when the last occupant's left at 12 pm? When we finally got inside the apartment it smelt mouldy/damp. The owner told us and shown us that they had been a flood from upstair's that had come through the kitchen, the ceiling paint was full of mould/damp and there was paint chipping's falling on to the cooker and fridge. The bedroom smelt really bad with mould/damp it was all over the lining of the bedroom curtains and the inside of the wardrobe smelt of damp/mould so your clothes smelt too which we ended up putting them on settee in room but they still smelt damp cos it's a room/kitchen. The bathroom sink was blocked we didn't get told about this at the beginning we found out for ourselves that too stank of sewage. We received a message late on Thursday night saying someone was coming at 9am to unblock the sink, they didn't turn up until 10.30am and it took until 12 pm to get it unblocked so we'd lost a morning going out for our breakfast. Also my husband has breathing problems which I mentioned to the owner when I saw the mould he said he'd be fine, he wasn't he was chesty and had headache's and was sick we lost 2 day's at the beginning of the holiday too due to him feeling ill with the damp, we had to leave the bedroom window open at all times to let fresh air in.
