The property is in a great location. Very close to grocery stores, one supermarket 30 meters away and another Super Dino about 80 meters away. La Restinga beach is 250 meters away.

The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, but the water supply to the bidet does not have a tap. The kitchen sink does not have hot water.

Based on the previous reviews, I was expecting something much worse, but was pleasantly surprised. Even though the apartment is on the older side, it was still very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The apartment was also very spacious with a full kitchen. I was diving locally and this apartment is right next to my awesome dive center The wifi was 100Mbps and each floor has its own modem for good signal. Temperature was good throughout the day. For check in, you can call or whatsapp the office phone number written on the first floor to get a code to your keys.
