Приватный пляж, магазин на территории, чистые бассейны, чистота на территории, дружелюбный персонал.

Очень шумно ночью, очень громкая музыка по всей территории. Шум от других жильцов по ночам. Так же по ночам в апартаменты часто назойливо стучали посторонние. Часто крики по ночам в коридоре. Если в апартаментах потек кран либо перегорела лампочка, вам придется делать это самостоятельно, так как на просьбу о помощи здесь не реагируют.

"reasonable place but Mgmt are strange to ask compensation when their ac stopped working"

the hotel sent a request we pay 10 dollars fee because the air-condition stopped working and we did not inform them about that. I expected the hotel to send an apology and a compensation or a discount. they sent asking for 10 dollars - funny compensation
