Very spacious and comfortable place.

The entrance key is an app, in our case it meant during the power fallout we were locked out of the apartment. We contacted the owner but they responded that there was no other way to enter the building. So let’s hope the power fallout doesn’t happen again and that you’re always carrying a phone with a full battery with you. I would suggest to look at emergency options for this system.

Historical Central location , quiet and clean

One floor of stairs, which is fine with me but others may be challenged.

the location for touring Gijón was very good. Close to main beach and centro. Very well equipped. Very helpful instructions from host. Would stay here again.

Located in the old part of town and was very central and close to numerous restaurants and the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses and cooking amenities. Nice apartment for our few nights stay.

Due to no air conditioners, we had to open the windows to get ventilation however, the apartment is located right in the heart of the action so very noisy until about 3am on Saturday morning. Would have been nice to have more than one dish washing tablet for 3 days stay.
