Para mi, la ubicación. Estar a 20min del centro, es sinónimo de tranquilidad.

La cama y el sofá cama. Lo leí en otros comentarios, y pensé que el anfitrión habría solucionado los problemas. Me encontré la desagradable sorpresa que la cama esta doblada, la almohada es muy dura, teniendome que comprar una para poder descansar, y el sofá cama, muy viejo, duro y también roto.
