The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and close to an excellent cafe selling great coffee and pintxos

The people in the flat next door kept us awake

Excellent location, could not be better for visiting San Sebastian! Close to everything without beeing in the most noisy area,

Beds could have been a bit more confy, very hard.

Host provided great communication, and allowed an alternate member of our group to collect the keys after our flights were changed leading to a much later arrival time.

Only two sets of keys for a group of 5 meant access was challenging at times. Only two towels were found in the entire apartment, so showering etc was impacted. Blankets and pillows were OK, but far from great and could be improved.

Nice location near to the beach. Very spacious appartment.

The place is extremely worn down and not very clean. Several things need fixing e.g. the taps in both the bathroom and toilet and the mold in the bath. The wall paper is loose and all the walls are extremely dirty and need new paint. For the price we paid, we would have expected a more well maintained department.
