To have responsive host whereas we didn't meet each other and all our communication was done by chat.

Sometimes we had the smell of drain water in the main bathroom. It seems the ventilation system should be controlled.

Clean, very well equipped accomodation, 5 minutes walk from the beach, lots of restaurant around, also bus stop very close and a lot of nice beach can be reached from here.

The owner is great. We had all informations about apartment, parking etc. Apartment is very big and every room is airconditioning and localization is very near to the boats port in Alcudia, restaurants and supermarkets. I have 2 daughters and 2 bathrooms are very helpful👍 Thanks a lot Lorena👌

Great location, around the corner from the port and the beach, spacious apartment with three bedrooms, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked with utensils, bathroom amenities were great, A/C in all rooms, great wifi speed, complimentary coffee and tea provided, stay was absolutely wonderful. Also, free parking. Lorena was a lovely host, everything went great. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by numerous shops. What impressed us the most was the peacefulness inside the apartment, with no bothersome traffic noise to disrupt our tranquility. Moreover, the area felt incredibly safe and was perfect for families, with a convenient playground located right next to the apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and it was stocked with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The abundance of large windows not only filled the space with natural light but also allowed refreshing sea breezes to flow through. Additionally, having a designated parking spot and an elevator made our experience even more convenient and hassle-free. The host was truly exceptional, always responsive and ready to assist. We were impressed by her comprehensive information book, which provided valuable insights about the apartment and included excellent recommendations for local dining options. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a fantastic getaway. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and we are confident it will do the same for others
