El apartamento es amplio y espacioso, equipado con los utensilios fundamentales, aunque sin duda la ubicación es lo mejor.

El único aspecto mejorable es la presión de agua de los grifos de las duchas. Demasiado escasa. De hecho, preferimos emplear solo una ducha ya que, al utilizar simultáneamente ambas, la presión era muy limitada.

"L ideale per visitare la città"

Casa storica e grande in una posizione super strategica da cui si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti di interesse di Valencia. Idéale per un gruppo di amici per la sala molto accogliente.

L’arredo delle camere è molto basico , basterebbe poco a renderle più accoglienti. Pulizia di bagni e cucina migliorabile

"Perfecta ubicación para grupos grandes"

Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación sin duda

El piso es para dormir, ducharse y fin.En este caso es lo que buscábamos pero para personas que quieran pasar más tiempo en la casa, no está muy acomodada en cuanto a mobiliario, los sillones bastante incómodos.Tener en cuenta que solo hay 2 baños para 9 camas que hay, y uno de los baños está metido dentro de una de las habitaciones.Una de las duchas solo sale el agua por arriba de manera que si no te quieres mojar el pelo es un poco incómodo.Pero la ubicación y la limpieza excelentes!

The apartment is really large and spacious. Ideal for a group of 8-9 friends. One of the best locations in Valencia. Everything is within a 5-minute reach. The check-in was quick and accurate. We were able to check in two hours earlier than the scheduled time without any problem. Thank you, Jose. I recommend.

If the noise from the street bothers you, it can be an issue. It didn't bother us at all. The apartment might need a bit of renovation and more attention to cleanliness and furnishings. With a little investment and attention to detail, it could become a truly top-notch accommodation.

La luminosité de la pièce principale, l’emplacement excellent, et l’espace dans l’appartement

Les verrous manquants dans la salle de bain, la vaisselle pas très propre, manque housse de couette pour les couettes supplémentaires
