El apartamento es coqueto, limpio, confortable y con todo lo necesario para un par o tres de días. El aire acondiconado genial, funcionó muy bien.

Es una 4ª planta sin ascensor, jejeje... Y cuando me enviaron para recoger llaves, no indican que hay que subir hasta el final, y atravesar la terraza. Costó un poquito encontrar la puerta.

Ubicación inmejorable a tan solo unos metros de la plaza Zocodover y del Alcázar. Aparcamientos cercanos. Apartamento en pleno casco antiguo.

El apartamento tenía varias luces que no funcionaban.

The apartment is very nice and excellently located, right in the heart of the city's historic centre, close to Zocodover Square, where you can catch public buses that take you directly to the train station. The listing accurately reflects the property. It is a comfortable and clean apartment, ideal for four people (although it only has one bathroom, which is located inside one of the bedrooms). Check-in is straightforward, and there is a luggage locker nearby where you can leave your bags after check-out.

The only downside concerns the owner or property manager. We arrived at the apartment on Friday afternoon and everything was fine until Saturday morning, when a failure in the water supply infrastructure in the old town caused the water to be shut off for the entire day. The water supply was restored on Sunday morning, but the water was not safe to drink as it was coming out cloudy. What was particularly disappointing is that the owner or property manager was already aware of the situation but did not inform us until we called the emergency number displayed on the refrigerator. We would have appreciated better communication, as well as at least some temporary solution for drinking water, such as providing a few bottles or a large container of water. When you charge a premium price for accommodation, you should also be prepared to deal with unexpected situations like this. Unfortunately, in this case, the owner did not meet the standard of service we expected.

La zona es en pleno casco antiguo, está bien ubicado, además alrededor hay bares y restaurantes pero también un carrefour de exprés por si quieres hacerte algo en el apartamento. El apartamento está muy bien relación calidad precio 18€ por persona. Lo único malo durante nuestra estancia fue que estábamos en plena ola de calor y el aire acondicionado del dormitorio estaba estropeado, entonces tuvimos que dormir todos en el comedor, donde hay otro aire acondicionado que si que funcionaba, por lo demás genial. Tanto el sofá cama como la cama eran cómodos y dormimos bien.

Céntrico, limpio, AA, Funcional, calidad precio.

AA del comedor hace ruido y no se puede dormir en una de las habitaciones si está en funcionamiento.
