Apartamentos el Motor Tejeda

Andrea and Antonio were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was modern and comfortable, with effective heating. The balcony was big enough for 4, got full sun and had a spectacular view. It was very peaceful, with little noise either from the road behind or the pedestrian street in front. There is a small Spar next door and on street parking nearby.

Andrea and Antonio are delightful people and it was clear they wanted to do everything they could to make our stay successful. We stayed for 3 nights and had 2 great walks from the door and 1 using the bus to get to Barranco de Mina. There is absolutely everything you could need provided and the apartment is exceptionally clean and cosy. It overlooks the main street and the caldera but is very quiet. The Spar shop is next door and there are numerous restaurants nearby. It was a lovely stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you Andrea and Antonio.

This apartment is one of the best we've ever stayed in. We loved the view of Roque Bentayga from the balcony, the location in the centre of the quiet town of Tajeda, next to a supermarket and less than a minute's walk from the restaurants and bakeries. Antonio and Andrea were wonderful hosts, giving great tips about places to see and places to eat. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds we're comfy and the shower is a good one. We highly recommend Apartamentos el Motor.

Great apartment! Wonderful, generous and very friendly hosts! Fantastic location for hiking. Wonderful view from the balcony. This is absolutely the best stay in the area! The apartments (I was lucky to stay in both!) will not have you miss a single thing. The hosts are have equipped them with everything you need. Even the things you forgot to bring from home! And again - the view! In Tejeda you have access to good restaurants, a grocery store, great 'Dulcerias' and a Pharmacy. In hotels in the area you will be very locked down in the evenings - in Tejeda you can get out and enjoy! I had a day with clouds and wind in Tejeda. Then I just needed to take the car approx. 30 minutes south and experience 25 degrees and sun again. The hikes around Tejeda are beautiful and well maintained. I will absolutely be back to visit Antonio's and Andrea's apartments - and I will recommend Apartementos el Motor to all my friends!
