Appartamento semplice ed un po' vecchiotto, ma ben tenuto,pulito e con tutte le comodità. Bella e ben tenuta anche la piscina comunitaria. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

L'unica cosa che ci ha lasciati un po' perplessi è l'atteggiamento della signora che ci ha fatto il check in e check out...piuttosto sbrigativa e scocciata.

This property was perfect. It had EVERYTHING we needed and more. From booking until we left the communication and helpfulness of the host was amazing. The apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived. It doesn’t have air conditioning as other people have mentioned but they have fantastic fans in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom which were more than enough for the 26-30 degrees we had for the ten days and this also comes from a woman of ‘that’ age who has continuous hot flushes at home in the uk and needs a fan every night but still sweats, no sweating here, that’s how good the fans are so please don’t let the lack of air conditioning put you off. The area where the apartment is is perfect for those wanting to be in Los cristianos but not right in unrest middle. The beach was about ten minutes walk away with lots of bars, restaurants and a beach club on the way. There is a supermarket next door that sells everything including a fresh bakery area. There is a bar/restaurant on the gated apartment complex which does really nice food which we used a few times. There is a pool which has really good disabled access and facilities including a lift into the pool. Everywhere on the complex was spotless including communal areas. This apartment has a lovely large balcony with a sofa as well as a table and chairs, it has awning so if you want to be outside but in the shade you can be. There is a washing machine and an airer which were used a few times and clothes dried really quickly, even towels. Saying that there are more than enough indoor and pool/beach towels in the apartment. The sofa in the lounge is super comfy and all converts into a sofa bed which is also very comfortable. There are duvets available should you feel you need a comfort day. We have never stayed in this area of Los Cristianas but it has now become our favourite part of Tenerife abc we have stayed in quite a few in the past few years.

Absolutely nothing. This apartment has everything a couple could need on holiday whether that be a few days or a few weeks. Fantastic location. This is coming from a very fussy late 40s couple.

Good Location. There was a fan, and we got 1 more upon requesting the host. Comfortable beds, the sofa bed was also fairly comfortable. Spacious for 3 adults.

The apartment was very big and welcoming, it has all the facilities I needed. It is very close to the beach: 10 minutes walk from Los Cristianos beach, 20 minutes walk from Las Vistas and 40 minutes walk from Las Americas. The bus stop is 5 minutes away.

The property was close to shops, bars and restaurants and close to the beach, comfy apartment with everything you need
