Legazpi apartment

The location is in excellent location to the centre, with the metro stations close by. Its suitable for a 3 bed apartment at a good price. There's a TV available in the front room also. The host was very helpful.

The lock on the front door took getting used to.

When we arrived we were told there was a leak in the kitchen from the Apartment above… Lady removed pots which were placed to catch drips. Next day it was like a swimming pool !!! Smell was awful… How you can rent out a place when there is major issues going on beggars belief…

Location. Lots of room

A bit old. Especially the bathroom. Communication about check in and out could be better.

Good apartment, easy access to public transport, restaurants and shops nearby

There is only one bathroom and it’s very small, had to collect the keys from owner from a different place which is not walkable distance and not easy during winter.

Rooms are not clean. There was dust on the ground.
