Mold in the bathroom Dishwasher smelled like mold Fridge smelled like fish The shower is hard to open - You need a lot of strength to run the water Door to the bathroom was not fully working Dirty window in the bedroom A windowblind on one window didn't work at all The service lady speaks only Spanish, not a word in English We asked a week before arrival about early check in, we didn't receive and answer for 7 days. The numer given in the offer never reponded to texts, calls or Whatsapp messages. The service lady called us the evening before arrival from another number talking on Spanish and informed us what's possible.If I didn't know Basic Spanish it would be a challenge. Fortunately she uses Whatsapp do You can message with translator

location was good. Apartment was good. easy to get to the beach. good to have a lift.

Dark in kitchen are without putting on the lights. Strange bedroom with glass wall

Location, furnishing, WiFi, oven, stove, hot water, fridge all good.

Clearly neither the inventory or fixtures were checked for completeness or working before our arrival although a kettle and lamp were provided after we complained. However ALL the window blinds were broken closed and the shower was too stiff for my wife to use for all our stay. A few hours care and attention would have resolved these issues and given us a pleasant and comfortable stay.
