La ubicación

Al entrar estaba ocupado, la TV no cogía señal y las camas muy incómodas,, el colchón se hundia completamente. Hace falta una buena revisión a esa habitación con cocina.

"Odlican smestaj!"

Odlican apartman na 8 spratu sa liftom. Opremljen sa sve masinom za pranje vesa i praskom. U kuhinji i začini. Velika terasa sa pogledom na more. Dobra komunikacija sa vlasnikom.

Falta de mantenimiento.No había luz en la cocina ,no andaba el enchufe, la rejilla de la ducha suelta, empapelado suelto en las paredes, techo descascarado cayendo pedazos de pintura,zócalo podrido en la pared al lado de la cama.,piso sucio....etc

"Emplacement idéal et toutes les commodités sur place."

L'emplacement dans l'hyper centre d'Alicante est un vrai plus. La propreté du l'appartement. Tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner (équipements de la cuisine et de la salle de bain)

Certains équipements ne sont pas entrenus. (Porte de cuisine qui tombe, prise de courant qui se déboîte, luminaire de lit qui ne fonctionne pas. Traces d'adhésif sur la vitre) la photo de la page d'accueil qui ne correspond pas du tout a l'appartement que nous avons loué (nous avions l'appartement 464)
