Location, views and amenities.

Alicante is known to have issues with cockroaches, so it is common to encounter them in apartments and houses. I would suggest that the property owner install ultrasonic pest control devices to help keep them away at all times. In addition, I recommend fitting a proper toilet flush button, as the current one does not function properly. Finally, on windy days, cold air enters the apartment through the window and blind area because they are not properly sealed.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek Tram i przystanki autobusowe. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Blisko sklep spożywczy. Piękny widok z okna.
