Apartamento Margarita

The apartment is spacious and clean, we have a 11 month baby and a very good cot and a strandard high chair were provided. Close to all amenities like supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. There’s a very good beach called Playa Grande within 5/8 minutes by foot, which is perfect if you’re traveling with a baby since it’s not too windy and the sea is relatively calm compared to the rest of the island, beach chairs and umbrella can be rented for the whole day, 2 for €10 which is very fair. The hosts, Ginés and his father are lovely people and were very helpful with all of our requests.

If you rent a car, beware that parking can be hard to find especially during peak hours since this part of Puerto del Carmen is very popular and becomes quite crowded in the evening. The apartment could use some extra storage space, there’s enough room if you’re staying for max 10 days, but if you’re planning on staying for a month like we did the wardrobes and pantry are quite small. The bed in the master bedroom is a bit small for two people. In general the street is quiet compared to the main road Av. De Las Playas, however there is bar at the end of the road that has live music nights during the weekend, so it gets quite noisy until late on certain nights.

Location was great. Beds really comfy, apartment really clean. Basic amenities. Really close to the beach, shops and bars.

The apartment was fabulous and has an excellent location, so close to the beach, yet the apartment was in a very quiet area. We enjoyed every minute here. The hostess was so accommodating and available to take any queries or requests we made. Had minor issues with WiFi. However, he was there immediately to fix it. He also arrived with lots of extra towels. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return here in autumn P. God.

The location of the apartment was excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the Main beach front in Puerto Del Carmen and all the many bars and restaurants. Despite the close proximity to the front, the location was very quiet. The beds were very comfy and there were lots of towels provided. The owner also provided a coffee machine, washing up liquid, sponge and dishcloth, tea towels, wash powder and fabric softener, foil, cling film, waste bin bags and loads of toilet rolls.

There is no oven in the apartment. A shower mat was not provided to use in the bath when having a shower. Not many cupboards for storing food, which may be an issue if you were staying longer than a week. No English tv, other than Netflix (if you have an account) and YouTube.
