Villas Las Alondras

The owner accommodated a late check in due to late flights and kept in touch regularly.

No allocated parking. On street parking was very busy at times, which meant parking much further down the road.

Property was an adequate size for two people I think it would be a squash if there was any more, nice terrace area Adequate crockery and pans etc

This was not the villa that we saw the picture of as we were not facing the pool, our villa was accessed by walking on grass in front of another villa not ideal with a suitcase or invading privacy of other visitors. Toilet very awkward to flush and very unstable Plug in sink in kitchen did not hold water in Parasols available were not suitable for using by the pool, stand was rusted so not useable Having one white towel for the week is not very nice

Pool the apartment

They can only speak Spanish. TV has only 4 english channels if you know how to do it The notices are in Spanish and could do with being in other languages. They should have instructions for the TV and the electric oven.

Needs quite a bit of refurbishment. Bathroom door handle hanging off, toilet hard to flush, cracks in walls, no air con in bedrooms, beds are just solid and very uncomfortable

The place is peaceful and super close to the beach.

Nothing

The villa was just what we needed. The location was great, easily walkable to shops, beach, restaurants etc. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice outdoor seating area which was shaded most of the day. The pool was ideal, would be crowded with more then 2 families, but that never happened. Apartment was clean and got cleaned mid way thru the week, which was amazing. Had an outdoor area for drying clothes and a washing machine. Would go back.

Location to walk to the small (but ofen very crowded) beach. Able to check in late.

We stayed 7 nights but the bungalow was not cleaned once. The towels were not changed. The bed sheets were not changed. This level of service is very poor. The facilities were old and poorly maintained. The garden near our bunglalow was dirt, no grass, with a old broken pedal boat dumped by the gate.

Noisy from next door apartment

Location was amazing! Close to the main drag, but far enough away to be quiet. Also, the Cala accessed from some steps out of the garden (Cala en Forcat), was probably our favorite swimming spot of our whole stay in Menorca - it's great! Pool was also nice and it was handy having use of a washing machine.

Somewhat threadbare kitchen supplies; tiny tea cups, very basic (and not very good) kettle. All the apartments are twin units and the walls are pretty thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, you'll know it! Thankfully ours were mostly good, although they may not have appreciated the odd early morning meltdown from our 6 year old! No allocated parking, just street parking. Never couldn't find a spot, but sometimes had to park a little way away.
