Precioso apartamento terraza con vistas

Would have been good to have a clean set of kitchen amenities (scotch pad, rag etc.)

The host was very helpful on explaining how things are around the house (I couldn't make the stove work the first time). The balcony was great with beautiful view, I had breakfast outside every morning. AC in every room and a washer were a plus during summer. The house was great for my family of 3 adults and 1 teenager.

Just a note to make our next stay better: a fan for living room would be great since the AC was not powerful for the entire area, there is no kitchen knife so we couldn't cut meat/fruit/veg, the wall clock wasn't working, the fridge was vintage with old type of freezer, the water in shower cubicle goes down too slow for only one time use, we didn't find extra toilet paper (2 rolls was not enough for 4 days). It took us a while to convince the host that we were their clients since I lost my handphone and couldn't check emails/Whatsapp. Thanks to Jose the taxi driver who helped them explained it better.

Apartment had amazing views and a lovely big terrace. It had a fully equipped kitchen. 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, there was a 4th bedroom but we didn’t have access to it. we didn’t need it. It’s a great location for the Alhambra palace and other attractions. and an easy but quite steep 15min downhill walk to Granada centre or there is a bus (€1.60) which stop almost opposite the front door to take you to town every 30mins. it also had parking nearby.

We had to get a taxi (€6-€8 with a tip) back up to the apartment when we had finished exploring Granada, as it is a bit of an uphill climb, but worth it for the views alone. The return bus stops about 200m downhill of apartment door so a slog uphill.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped although the coffee machine had no filters. The view from the terrace is great.

The heating controls didn't give us any heating in the lounge + in 2 bedrooms. A sheet of instructions would help. It would be useful to have salt + pepper in the cupboard. A welcome few sachets of tea + coffee with a little milk would be great.

The apartment is really spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean. It was very convenient having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The terrace is absolutely beautiful. Self Check in was very easy and Carlos was nice and communicative. It’s a great location to walk to Alhambra.

The location worked well for us as it was still walkable to downtown, it just doesn’t have a lot of restaurants and stores close-by. it’s very easy to get a taxi too though.
