It is prohibited to have parties in the apartment. Smoking in the apartment will incur an additional charge of EUR 250 plus VAT. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request. Please note that this property allows service dogs free of charge. There are no cots or extra beds available. The accommodations is perfectly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc.). Reservations of up to 6 people, including adults and children, are accepted. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation. Check-in is from 14:00. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30. To access and use the apartment, all guests must check-in online and present their ID before 18:00 on the day of arrival. Access to the apartment is autonomous, using your mobile phone through a link. For an in-person check-in option, request it 24 hours in advance, which will cost EUR 40. Check out time is 11:00. At that time, our cleaning service will access the apartment and prepare it for the next guest. On your departure day, the apartment must be delivered in good, clean condition. All garbage must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the different containers on the street.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
