Very old building, cables hanging from the wall outside the appartment the locks on the door to the unit are questionably safe. The appartment itself was fully equipped but owner did not leave you coffee pads for coffee machine to start, barely any soap, no shower gel, no detergent for dishwasher, no water, no toilette paper (upon complaints i did get some) one towel seemed not to be clean and another one was smell upon use. A reserve bed lingered around, the closets were filled with random stuff. Requested to sign a lease contract in spanish - no Translation, different lease payment as what i paid for… This seems like a long term rental to be done through the owner more than a short term one

CZBy far the best apartment that we have rented in this complex. Overlooking the sea & beach with views down the coast to the village of La Carihuela down to Benalmadena. A very comfortable bed in nicely arranged accommodation plus afternoon sun on a good sized balcony. Plenty of pots & pans for the cooks and a wonderful shower in the pleasant bathroom. Sunshine by day and soothing sounds of waves lapping the shoreline at night.
From our perspective there is absolutely NOTHING to dislike, it is wonderful.
GBThe location was brilliant overlooking Carahuela beach all the way to Benalmadena port. The complex is secure with a 24 hours concierge and card key access to the beach. The pool area is well maintained, the gardens have trees providing lots of shade. There is also a good pool bar which does food. The studio is very well furnished, lots of storage and has everything you need for a self catering stay. Olga was very quick to respond to any queries and was very helpful.
The general corridors look a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation. A safe in the studio would have been an advantage to store passports and currency.
