Apartamento amplio, bien equipado y con estupendas vistas

Me gustó todo. Solo sugeriría poner unas cortinas o persiana en la galería, zona detendedero...porque por la tarde le da directamente el sol, calentando la estancia.

Top Lage, tolle Aussicht, Wunderschöner Blick aus dem SChlafzimmer und man hört die Wellen im BEtt, großer Balkon mit schöner Sitzmöglichkeit, sehr geräumige Wohnung mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, gute Klimaanlage, nettes Umfeld von Restaurants ect

Keinerlei Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe, auch kein Kurzzietparkplatz daher schwrierig bei der Anreise um Koffer ranzuschleppen, 8ter Stock und der Aufzug ist alt, sehr klein und kommt nur langsam, manchmal gar nicht, Fensterscheiben auf dem Balkon schwer zu öffnen, Kommunikation etwas mühsam, da Empfangspersonal zwar sehr nett, aber nur spanisch sprechen - mit Übersetzungshilfe online gings...
