"Nice flat"

Nice location. Beautiful sea view. Nice flat.

The owner needs to fix a few things. The toilet is not working properly due to a cracked button. The door to the balcony can’t stay closed when it is windy. The toaster is not working. The Remote to the garage gate is not working properly.

"Appartement très agréable avec magnifique vue sur la mer"

Le confort de l'appartement, la vue sur la mer, la plage, la proximité des transports publics, également à proximité plusieurs restaurants, petite superette. En dehors de l'agitation de la ville d'Alicante mais très poche avec le bus ou le tram. Accessoires disponibles pour la plage (petit parasol, 2 petites chaises), Etendoir pour le linge. L'air conditionné très appréciable surtout la nuit.

Il manque un store pour pouvoir encore mieux profiter du petit balcon. Le toaster pourrait être remplacé. La route assez bruyante mais la nuit avec les fenêtres fermées ce n'est pas dérangeant.

Very close proximity to the beach and easy access to the tram stations also amazing first impressions as it smelt amazing and was very clean.

"Очень красивый вид с окон!"

В общем все было довольно неплохо. Очень красивый вид! Большой балкон, где приятно наслаждаться видом с окон!

На парковочное место, не удобно было заезжать. Очень мало места. В комнате что справа , не плотно закрывалось окно. Было слышно шум ветра. Штора не закрывалась, что было некомфортно, так как напротив окно соседей.

Location to beach was amazing, also bus stop right outside to city, tram/train also very close by. Terrace was brilliant too.

Pillows in one room were very hard, only one AC unit, but it was perfectly placed.
