Modern Apartment with Spacious Terrace

Las televisiones no funcionaba la conexion a la antena. Nos cobran dos veces y tenemos que hacer bastante gestiones para la devolución del dinero que al final lo soluciona nuestro banco

De locatie is echt perfect! Ook het balkon is heerlijk om even lekker te zitten.

Het was echt heel warm, dus een extra ventilator in de master bedroom was fijn geweest. Er stond er maar eentje in de kleinere slaapkamer.

Le falta mantenimiento en general Sobretodo le falta un aire acondicionado, estuvimos en agosto y sin aire acondicionado no se puede estar durante el día, por la noche refresca. El protector de colchón estaba muy sucio, no pueden entregar un apartamento con ese protector

The terrace was the unique thing with the apartment. A perfect place to start and end the days. We also appreciate the laundry machine. It’s a spacious place in good location. We were informed about renovations going on and the elevator not working, so walking the many stairs was a little exercise but ok for us as we didn’t have much luggage.

It would have nice if the shades/awnings on the terrace would have worked.

Great location, modern apartment, great ‘spacious terrace’

We were told there was ‘maintenance’ going on but, it turned out it was a demolition and renovation. Also, one of the two bathrooms smelt like sewerage. We had to keep the door closed.

Great location in the middle of the city.

Apartment is way too hot to not have air conditioning. The internal thermostat showed the temperature above 29 degrees at all times. There’s only small fans which need to be put on a chair to blow on you when you sleep. The awning on the balcony doesn’t work which could’ve helped reduce the sun coming into the apartment. Lastly this is outlined in the description but the apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no working elevator due to internal renovations going on. I would not stay here in the summer as it is way too uncomfortable and hot.

Location.

It was like living in a construction site. The whole lobby and stairwell was covered in building materials. Builders slept in the lobby, workers were drilling, banging and smoking outside the apartment door. The whole place was full of dust and building chemicals. Additional the apartment was hot with only a small fan and no air conditioning.

This was our fifth visit to the flat. It's the best place to stay in San Sebastian, in the middle of town but five minutes walk to La Concha beach and the old town. It's very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need for a city break. On the top (sixth) floor with a big terrace, amazingly quiet as it's on a pedestrian street.

One point off, this trip only, because the building is being renovated so the lift was out of use while we were there. We had very good communication from the owners and knew about this in advance, obviously this is completely out of their control. Have already booked our next stay when the new lift will be in service!
