Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione a 5 minuti dalle mura della vecchia città. ho apprezzato molto l'estetica moderna e la luminosità. le piastre a induzione sono comode, la posizione è ottima, con anche stazioni dei pullmann vicine. rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico. l'aria condizionata ti salva la vita, e se dà fastidio è presente anche un ventilatore.

confermo la presenza dell'odore stagnante proveniente dal lavandino della cucina. quando notificato al proprietario ci ha portato un deodorante per ambienti che ha risolto il problema. consiglio anche di tappare lo scarico del lavandino quando non è in utilizzo. le scale sono piuttosto ripide, e non c'è l'ascensore. una persona anziana potrebbe fare fatica.

Perfect location, very near to the heart of the old town...great value for money, Apartment is equipped with all necessities, it can fit 4 people without a problem, and for two of us was really confy. Communication was exceptional. The owners let us leave our stuff in the apartment until afternoon on our last day of stay which was very meaningful to us. Also they let us to check in earlier which was awesome!! I really hope that we will visit Valencia again in the near future and we will definitely choose the same accommodation. An additional plus for a very kind cleaning lady who had patience for us since we were late with our exit.

Everything was great! Alejandro greeted us warmly and handed over the keys. The apartment had everything we needed—plenty of furniture, all the appliances, and everything for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is excellent, with a good private underground parking lot just 3 minutes away, as well as many shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a large park close by!

Great location, easy to find free street parking, Note that the listing states parking provided, but it is street parking. There is parking very near the property, just park in the white lines. It's about 15 min walk to Valencia Old Town. Apartment was cleaned prior to our arrival. Apartment is spacious and suited our needs. There are three stories of stairs you must take, so not suitable for those who cannot walk. Host was there to greet us upon arrival, and they are very friendly and helpful. He even offered to carry our luggage for us. Overall we liked the place. Prior to booking, we had read the previous reviews, and decided to take a chance on this property, hoping the owners had made changes in response to the negative reviews. There are also some great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I recommend the Bolivian place really close.

Note that this property is managed by a company called Happy Host. There is a strange smell coming from the kitchen. Smells like sewage. The hosts put some incense to cover the smell, but the smell from that was very strong, and had some chemicals, so we got sick from it. We had to dispose of it, because it was that terrible. We preferred the sewage smell to the incense. Also the hot water in the shower doesn't work very well, it's just a little warm, not hot enough for a shower. The toilet is loose, not properly attached to the ground. We would want the owners to fix these issues if we were to return to this property. If not for these, we would have given 10/10 all around.

Apartment was within walking distance of the city in a very quiet neighbourhood. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was small but well equipped.

They need to solve a big two issues first.

Apart for the horrible smell coming from the sink, we spotted a big cockroach in our meal, which we cooked before and left in the kitchen to cool down. All for more than 100 euros a night.
