Seafront Duna Beach Luxury Apartment

Other than the initial delay in entering the property, everything else was quite nice. Comfortable apartment, great pool area, beach right in front with a long boardwalk. There are plenty of eateries in the surroundings within walking distance.

When we were en route to the property, I called the owner because I had not received any updates on how to enter the building. Upon answering, the owner sounded surprised and admitted she was not aware of our arrival. She told me that she was going to contact the local person in charge and sort everything out. Then I was told to call the local lady and agree with her on the delivery of the keys. Unfortunately, we had to wait for over an hour for the apartment to be cleaned, and because of the rush, it was not done properly. The owner did offer an extra night to remedy the oversight. Another aspect that was a bit bothersome is the construction that is ongoing right in front of the apartment balcony. It is not close, but anyway it moves quite a bit of dust at times.

Prachtig appartement, alles aanwezig. Mooi zij aanzicht op duinen en zee. Rustige buurt. Heerlijk en mooi zwembad. Vriendelijke en sympathieke host. Parking plaats in garage is ook een pluspunt.

Niks. De matras was voor ons wat te hard.

Der Strand befindet sich direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex. Man muss nur den Parkplatz überqueren. Von Balkon aus ist das Meer zu sehen. Der Pool ist sauber und relativ groß. Es gibt eine beschattete Wiese, auf der man liegen kann, außerdem Toiletten. Die ganze Anlage war trotz der vielen Wohnungen sehr ruhig. Die Tiefgarage ist groß genug für einen Kleinbus (9 Sitzer). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.

La tranquilidad de la zona, la urbanización y playa. El apartamento está muy bien, totalmente equipado, limpio y acogedor. La propietaria atenta y muy agradable. Totalmente aconsejable.

A proximidade do apartamento com a praia, e o facto de ter garagem, e apartamento bem equipado, são sem dúvida pontos fortes, tornaria afazer marcação.

El alojamiento en general es excelente. La urbanización muy completa y con una ubicación perfecta. El apartamento tiene de todo y perfecto para pasar unos días en familia. El trato por parte de Angela y Obdulia genial.
