El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, tenías la playa y las calles céntricas muy cerca y la piscina estaba muy bien, aunque estaba en obras.

Nada más llegar, nos dimos cuenta que el apartamento estaba sucio, ya que había calcetines sucios de los anteriores inquilinos debajo de los sofás, una botella de agua vacía y pelusas de hace semanas debajo de la cama, migajas de pan debajo de la mesa y el horno totalmente inutilizable de la suciedad que acumulaba. Además, el aire acondicionado del salón no funcionaba ni se solucionó durante la estancia, y el sofá-cama, además de super incómodo, las sabanas y almohadas estaban sucias, tanto así que las almohadas tenian incluso manchas amarillas que al lavarlas nosotros se fueron, es decir, ni siquiera habían lavado las almohadas de los anteriores inquilinos. En cuanto a mantenimiento, deja mucho que desear, no va en concordancia con el precio. No repetiría.

I like the private pool for residents! It was great and there were no crowds. well equipped kitchen, you could cook, washing machine was also nice. starter kit for washing and laundry great.

the air conditioning in the living room is weak and the blind on the balcony is a bit damaged but these are not really big minuses

Nice apartment clean and tidy. good size lounge facilities good Contacted owners as shower door was loose and they came and repaired it within a couple of hours.

Very clean full equipment apartment with amazing view from balcony 😍 A very big plus is free parking next to house on the territory. Exelent location in the silent part next to city center with a lot of beautiful restaurants.
