Having to use an app to get in. Can’t unlock the door with a key.

Todo muy nuevo y bonito

We had a wonderful stay at I&I by Silastur. We were four people and immediately felt at home. The apartment is really great — very clean, in excellent condition, and clearly well cared for. Parking was super convenient, with spaces inside the building and also always available in front. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We strongly recommend this place and would definitely book again if we return to this region.

Nos gusto muchisimo la casa, tenia la distribución perfecta, si volvemos a la zona, no tendremos duda de repetir en el mismo alojamiento.

La temperatura de la casa. Avisamos al propietario que llegaríamos tarde para que nos pusiera la calefacción, pero nos comentó que hasta que no de llegáramos a la vivienda no podríamos poner la calefacción, por lo que la primera noche dormimos helados y por la mañana a pesar de estar la calefacción hacia frío y los radiadores calentaba muy poco, creo que es por tener la caldera baja. Creo que si pusiera un sistema automático sería un punto muy positivo.

El apartamento muy cómodo y completo, tal y como se describe, además de tener aparcamiento. Excelente ubicación

Una habitacion con una cama y otra nido, era tan pequeña que no hubo manera de usar la segunda cama. La sacamos al salon.

Beautiful, light and airy apartment. Nice decor and comfortable furnishings. Just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well stocked with most everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great parking; either in the underground parking garage or on the street.

Communication with the management company was dismal. They did not respond to messages via Booking.com and were quite slow to respond through WhatsApp, as well. While the listing says there is a hairdryer at the property, there was no hairdryer. We reported it to the management company, who said they would check on it, with no follow-up at all.

Tolles und vor allem sehr sauberes Apartment. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Von Vorteil war, dass wir unsere 4 Motorräder in der Tiefgarage abstellen konnten. Wir empfehlen das Apartment zu 100% weiter!!!
